Has anybody had a hard time getting hold of the office lately? Call over and over and it says that it’s closed. I know that it’s not closed so I’m just thinking that it’s a miscommunication with the telephone line. Thank you.

Yes. I have found that if you call the office number twice you will get through.

Never had an issue, called twice this week and the call was answered every time. They are busy though

Yes I think it depends on how busy they are I had the same problem last week but I keep calling and finally got ahold of someone
