Is there any reason why at the Mystic Ave location, you can never guarantee that you will get a hot coffee when you order one?

Its almost too hot sometimes for me

I am sorry ,we Never Had This Problem There Is always hot coffee when i go there maybe you should speak with management.

I consistently do, and I'm there once a week at minimum, so I'd suspect it's perhaps nomenclature? I find that saying [temp][size][cream/sugar/flavors] always gets me what I've requested.
