Why does the # 11 chicken sand always get over cooked or either its warmed up. it's dry too dark & not fit to eat.
Also fries are not fresh at Ft O and Ringgold. They are warmed up also. b
and too many are almost burnt

Sounds like a fryer timer problem or problems with hold times. They are supposed to cook chicken to order at Sonic.
