They dont allow dogs inside or out
They sat us with a dog on the patio. They gave us our drinks and bread and brought out a bowl of water and took our order. Our order came out and we ate. My steak was overdone and I very politely sent it back. The manager came to our table and apologized for the food and I graciously said it was ok. He then asked us if our dog was a service dog. We said no. He said she couldn’t be there. We asked why they sat us. He said he didn’t know. He directed us to tie our small dog outside to the fence in a 108 degree heat index. We said that was unacceptable and left. Horrible. Rude. The manager, Brian Weimar has zero customer service. I cannot believe they sat us and didn’t tell us until we were into our meal. I will NEVER eat there again. Seasons 52, the burger place, and the Hawaiian restaurant all allow dogs. Cheesecake Factory is horrible.
