No. Most do accept ebt. The bakery and hot food dont.

Some shops do, some don't. I think the restaurants don't accept ebt. And maybe the produce vendors do.
Some of the shops have signs posted saying they don't accept ebt/food stamps anymore. I'm not sure if that pertains to the entire market
