There is a new community that is in the process of preparing the land that will be the development of Cresswind. That development will be 55 & over. The present properties being built are not age restricted.
We just released a new neighborhood within the gates of PGA Village Verano that is, called Cresswind at PGA Village Verano. PGA Village Verano community is not age restricted.
