Sad to say that she perhaps comes off as rude... I've been going there for many years but what I've come to know is that these people work very hard very long hours and when someone comes in at the end of the night and is going to prolong their getting off it could be frustrating for them think of it from another perspective if you were ready to close up and a customer walked in... I know for some people that might not be a good excuse...they don't get time and a half because you roll in 15 minutes before closing and want a spicy tuna roll... but people in the service industry work very hard to make ends meet and still have to finish other things in the restaurant before they leave. Be considerate and call your order in or get there earlier...
1. This isn't a question. 2. I probably walk in or call and order takeout from here for my employer, my housemates, and/or myself at least twice a week and ive never been treated rudely. I'm sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with them. Have you attempted to talk to them about it?
My experience there has always been welcoming and the food great
She may have a strong accent, but she has never been rude to me or my coworkers. It's the other way around, she always remembers our favorite dishes and drinks, and asks how my coworkers are doing (when they can't make it).
