I have a friend who is vegan - I've had BBQ and Hot Pot before but never considered from a non-carnivore perspective. How would a vegan fare with the various vegetable options? Is there a menu available anywhere? Thanks!

Yo my girl loves hot pot and is vegan

I'm a vegetarian, and I picked the soup. There is definitely a lot of vegetables and a couple of types of tofu they can select as well. I'm not sure if the bread cubes are vegan however, they may need to ask when they get there.
