Ms Crosby, We apologize for your recent experience with Metro Express. Due to yesterday's storms; the Wabank Road location lost power during the dinner rush and could not get the point of sales system to reboot until it got help from the tech support service. With all of the confusion going on a decision was made to suspend accepting additional orders from customers until the store's point of sales system went back online.
