Hi Yisrael, Ben's restaurant is under conservative kosher. They open in Shabbats.

I dont know who certifies them, but a friend of mine who is shomer Shabbat won't eat tgere because the store is olen on Saturday

I do not know what a kashrut is we were in NYC and had previously been to Carnegie Deli since it closed we went to Ben's
