Not if you owe more than they want to hear. My advice is run away as fast as you can.
You can if you want to pay more money but that company wants money before you get that one I tried and Santander wanted 6000 dollars 1st then I could get another one that's the catch
I'm not quite sure but I believe they would buy it from you .so you could pay it off and purchase another
