I asked for a consult, but they said that I just needed to schedule an appointment and pay the deposit. I consulted with my artist via email prior to my appointment. It was my first time so I did not have an artist in mind. Maybe if you can id one ahead of time they will be willing to schedule the consultation first. If you want a consult first, be clear & firm

Yes! Sometimes they can accommodate if you just stop by but i prefer to schedule one so i can assure a few minutes uninterrupted with my artist. They run a pretty tight ship over there.
They accept walk ins for small simple pieces, but anything larger will need a consultation
