The YouTube video that I witnessed is disturbing and horrifying in a sense I hope these officers have been reprimanded and relieved of duties. hope there's an ointernal investigation done from an independent external department like the department of Justice/FBI
They worst they were given was Utter received an 8 day suspension. The other officer was given 5 day suspension and all ordered to have more training. Cover ups start with IA cops investigating their brothers in blue. The police chief is a coward and a crook just like them. I'm guessing Utter was protected with his murders 20 Years ago.
Even if they get fired they just get another job for a different department.
None of them got fired and Utter only received an 8 day "suspension".
