Does this office have legal assistance for veterans and their spouses. I need to file a proof of Common Law Marriage in order to be able to access the BX and other services on the JRB Ft Worth.

DEERS wants me to get a judge to declare that my husband and I were Common Law husband and wife. VA has already proven it because I'm getting his pension. But DEERS says that the VA's rules have nothing to do with the rules of the JRB. I just want to be able to continue shopping, go bowling, etc as I've done for years.

You'll probably have to take your spouse to the NAS JRB FTW DEERS/ ID card office on base. You might have to call and make an appointment.
