I saw the sculpture of a woman and man that have arms extended and hands and feet extend into driftwood. Nude bodies of people don’t look like wood. Does artist use another material for bodies or is it all wood? If so, what kind of wood?

Most of his work is in reclaimed wood and driftwood, but he also uses bronze. I believe that sculpture was bronze. Th studio is well worth the visit, if ever in that area.

Paul usually uses Florida red cedar. He has many finishes he applies to the wood after the sculpture is completed.

The artist is very friendly, I'm sure he'd talk to you about different mediums.
