Don't the combo plates and dinners come with flour tortillas? Every time I've have eaten casa Flores (or any other mexican restaurant) we have always been served 2 tortillas per dinner (1 for lunches).

Three of us had lunch at the Brookside location last Sunday (outside dining only). After ordering, the waitress asked if we wanted tortillas. We said yes, and were served three tortillas with our lunch. I had asked for my taco shell to not be too hard and it was perfect! Their outside dining at this location is limited, but shady.
