Good afternoon is it against the law to ship pennies to vietnam for a friend to make items ?

It would probably cost alot to ship. But why would you take a risk like that?? I think it's against Federal law to ship our currency out of the country

No, the USPS simply doesn't recommend sending cash thru the mail for obvious reasons. Be sure the pennies are properly packaged in a proper mailer, such as a bubble envelope.
