We are considering taking a bus from Port Authority up to Newburgh. We would be interested in renting a vehicle but am unsure where we need to go to rent it. The bus stops at Broadway & Lake as well as Shoreline Terminal. Please advise.

Get off at the terminal. Enterprise is across the street. They will come and get you if you are still interested.
