Wow never have I gad this problem if your insurance is having issues it really cant be soveled by them you have to ck with you inrance company when they have isuse with paying i had to ight the insurance for some care my husband needed they have so many different people they cant fight with isurane and nasty to you that is awful because I go there is such polite staff I hope you canget answers and able to sy who was nasy to you and have t cared for.
