Pets are fine outside
I have seen people sitting outside with there pets
They kick out your dog if it barks. For example mine barks to alert if I have low blood sugar or feeling faint and I was told to leave
I went at night saw no dogs
I went in April and there were lots of people, walking their dogs, on the beach, during the day.
I'm sure they don't care if you bring your dog as long as you don't let him inside lol. The beach life, laid back
