So I ordered food at 12 estimated delivery between 2 and 5, it is 8 and nothing yet, no one answering phone calls, definitely not happy with first delivery order, effete is my food.

I am sorry about your initial experience with Walmart grocery delivery. My family and I order groceries often and we don't have any major issues. On occasion the driver's GPS stops short of where we live, but they send a text message or call us. Our groceries have never been late. Maybe there was a mixup or something. I apologize for the inconvenience. They really do an amazing job with their food delivery service.

Sometimes there is no delivery person available

I don't order food except grocery pickup.
