I've seen it on the menu, but you might want to call and ask before going.
They say yes on their website and if they have it in the market they will cook it for you they also list conch fritters on their menu

Yes the sale conch, and the fritters are tender and seasoned well. Not a lot of batter like most restaurant. They usually cook what they sale so you may be able to have them cook in a different style like fried,grilled or baked.

They have frozen conch that you can buy over fish counter & they have conch fritters on the menu as well..very yummy!
