Yes, not fair to employees.
Yes they're open July 4th. As are most other businesses of the kind (groceries, restaurants, convenience stores, movie theaters, big box stores, etc.) It's helpful for customers and for employees who want to work (and get paid for) the hours. I imagine there's the opportunity for higher seniority employees to get the day off, and lower seniority employees to get the extra hours. Win-win!
I'm sorry. I don't know. But I know Target was earlier.
Yes they're open compensated or not no one wants to work on the 4th of July
But good for the customers. I believe the employees are compensated for it as they had signed for this. Good product and variety at good price.
