My question is why would you go to Cocoanuts when there are so many better places to go in the Cocoa area. The management is terrible, food questionable and dining area is like a super spreader basin of unmasked employees and guests. Avoid.

I'm sorry you had a terrible experience. Every time I've came to the area I must stop at coconuts. I've never had bad service. The are usually always busy, so the food takes a little longer to get but always get great tasting food. The atmosphere is something I really enjoy. I hope you would give it another chance. Be patient and try to enjoy your meal.

We sat outside and it was breezy yesterday with no one very near to us. The food was great, had shrimp tacos. My experience was different than yours and our waitress wore a mask.

1st time there ate inside service was great,food was good, very clean and not crowded at all.

Never had a bad experience there yet...
