Yes you Can put your boat in at sunset and bring it out after sunset... I Have Been Doing It For Years It's Just The Park That's Closed...
The park hours are from sunrise to sunset. You wouldn't want to piss off the LEO that covers that area.
No I used to do it never seen anybody have a problem there's no gate to keep you from being locked in or out
