I am pretty sure you can no longer bring dogs. The Garlic Festival gets too crowded. You do not want him or her getting stepped on kicked or shoved in the crowds..especially where most of the food vendors are. It is a sea of people at certain times. I would leave pup home.
It's Actually extremely crowded..not a good place for digs. Even some folks with strollers an wheelchairs have trouble sometimes.
I dont think so. Also it would not be a good venue for a dog anyway
Not sure. Call. I don't recall seeing any except service and police dogs
