Yes. Like most Indian restaurants this one does add cream to dishes that don't need or traditionally have it, but will happily make them dairy free if so requested. This may not be the case with the buffet although as a general rule buffets at Indian restaurants are to be avoided if you want to have authentic or flavorful food.

LOL vegan means vegetable or vegetarian. It's an all-you-can-eat Indian place so just avoid the meat and you can vegan out or you can veg out.
Absolutely they do
There's a full meal worth's vegeterian options in the lunch buffet. However a few dishes do have cottage cheese and clarified butter so if by vegan you mean milk products are a problem, it does reduce your options considerably.
