You should call and definitely don't wing it. They're very very busy and have long wait times (but the food is super worth it)

I would call. When I was there it was 1st come, 1st serve but that could have changed.

We typically recommend dining before 9:30 am on weekends & holidays to avoid longer wait times. We use a mobile waitlist, so you can explore the area and will receive a text when you are within the next 3 parties to be seated.
