I don't eat there, however, I would call to see if there is another access. The problem with downtown Fernandina is that it is pretty congested so, I would try the South end where there is more space to load/ offload a wheelchair.
I would say technically it is, but depending on your needs it might not be convenient. The entrance is off a side walk, so there are no stairs, and I don't believe there is a step. However, the place is often busy and the tables inside are very close together, making the aisles very narrow to navigate. You may have to wait for a table with more space or perhaps opt for dining in their patio... Hope this helps.
Not really, there is a big step up to get to the door but there is outdoor seating on the patio.
