As others have mentioned, the park itself is free and open to the public! There are fees for various activities at the park, like tickets for our interpretive pontoon boat tours, rentals of boats, bikes and fishing rods, as well as registration fees for our many park programs. To get in the park it cost nothing. To rent a canoe it's $20 dollars for 2 hours. They also rent bikes, and rowboats
The waterfront is free. They rent canoes & kayaks and bikes. You can also fish but anyone 16 and older must have a Maryland fresh water fishing license.
