No, he was assasinated across the street at Ford's Theatre. He was taken to the Peterson House after and he died there not too long after being shot. Coincidentally, John Wilkes Booth who shot him had stayed in the not too many weeks before.

Yes, Lincoln was shot across the street at the Ford Theater, and taken afterwards to The Peterson house where he died. I highly suggest you take the tour including Ford Theater, Docent Presentation, Museum, then Peterson House.
