So. I have everything needed except a utility bill because the utilities are not in my name. And the only utilitie that is in my name is the internet and it's automatic taken out my bank account every month

If you don't have a payroll check then log into your account for your internet provider. It will have all your info

Try your payroll check it has your address on it

Log into ur account take a snap shot of paid bill and print it out or foward to there email very easy process if you have issue call internet provider they will send u a paper bill if requested

Say you sent money somewhere that is proof of address
