I go to the gainesville location. They have different plans but most people select the plan that charges about $20/month and about $60 once a year for your annual membership fee. Your initial fee depends on how you want to sign up. You don't have to commit long term, but obviously rates will vary. I go during peak hours (5pm-8pm) and i don't see too many elderly people working out at that time. Good for you being interested in the gym!! Go!
Depends where and what time you go. The one in Palatka is definitely dominated by an older population at certain times of day. Robbyn is an amazing PT and she has experience with all ages. Fees depend on your gym package. Your health insirance might offer a Silver Sneakers discount, talk to the front desk folks, they're honest and helpful.
My membership is $20ish/month and there is an annual fee as well (call them and they should be able to clarify). There are several elderly people exercising when I go, but I don't know of any discounts they offer. Mostly the demographic is 20s-30s males
