Yes and no. We took our Lab with us and yes dogs are allowed on the trails that lead to the beaches but they aren't aloud on the beach itself. My husband and I took turns staying with the dog on the trail and our daughter on the beach. There were several dogs on the trails.
To be honest, I took my beagle and provided water and cleaned up after her and I had no problem!
