Customer equals revenue. Employees equal expense. One outweighs the other. If you are open until 7 you serve anyone that comes in until you are closed.
Uhhh, never had that happen but... I only get smoothies! Are smoothies a food? Food for thought: You may not get the best of what they offer coming in that close to closing so that might have been a good thing!? In my experience going to a place to eat or get food close to closing results in a not so good to bad meal! I get that they are technically open but for them, 15 mins to closing... those guys/gals are trying to get up outta there!
I would say expect a limited menu, but they should have provided that option.
