Alice and KX are correct - no pavilion. Maybe there are plans for one, but nothing constructed yet. There's plenty of open space for a picnic though. Closest place I know of that has pavillion is Price Park in Middletown.
And a walking path. You might be able to set up your own thing. I suggest calling Parks and recreation
