Unless the disability is severe, you should have no problem finding a workout routine that will suit you. PF, has both free standing weights, and machine weights, along with plenty of treadmills. The personal trainers will be able to get you up and running quickly.
I saw a disabled person working out happily there this evening. The staff was very helpful to him.
I would go in and have the helpful staff go thru and point out what would be considered safe for you. They are happy to help.
