We have humana dental and are on a HMO means theirs a set pay scale and they can't go over, people need to understand PPO means they can charge your insurance as much as they want. All smile cares accept Humana and a root canal is 401 dollar's, not 3000, always research the price before you go, ASAP DENTAL IS AN EMERGENCY DENTAL OFFICE, my insurance doesn't recommend.
