Around $3,000 for the whole procedure. That's what I was quoted as an option before just pulling the tooth out. With insurance I'm sure it will be less.
Michael, the financial consultant (i think that's his name anyway) is really good, in most cases he'll be able to work with you if cost is an issue, but go talk to them. It's worth the look :) and they do fantastic work. I went in looking like I chew rocks for fun and came out with a smile I'm not embarrassed to show.
