Is walk-in teeth extraction available? And what is considered to be a dental emergency, is it judged by pain levels, or not being able to eat anything, or infections?

All of that qualifies as a dental emergency. Call them, they are awesome and will help you with this. And they'll have to do a consult first but I'd wager they don't let you leave without, at a bare minimum, a solid plan to fix your issue.
