Not gonna be snarky by pointing out it's a bar, im just going to say NO. IF they let you bring a kid, they won't be "welcome". This is my experience. Ymmv.
Well it is a combined restaurant, bar and coffee shop on the ground floor of the BofA building. So it is kid fine. Best building entrance lobby in Orlando.
I went here on my own without kids, and I'd say absolutely, its kid friendly. It's a restaurant with a bar. Totally fine to bring kids to eat during the day.
