Idk where this other person lives, but where I stay, in building 6, is very quiet and I haven't heard a peep from anyone in my building. I do agree that the trash is always overflowing, but I have been to the park several times with my neice and the children there are polite, a lil rowdy as children are, but polite.

No, trash is everywhere on the property and near the dumpster. Kids are fighting at the park area. Gun shots can be heard multiple times a week. Neighbors are also very loud and inconsiderate of others all hours of the morning, day and night.
