Very busy location!! Better off going in person otherwise you'll be disappointed
I hear they are going to open a ghost kitchen in Orlando to handle those orders. Right now if you go in person be ready for a several hour wait. Only one in Orlando so everyone wants to go there.
While I don't know for sure, my guess would be because they are consistently swamped with customers. Ive seen other restaurant chains disable online orders during times when onsite demand far exceeds output. I was there last week and they even had their inside self order kiosks out of service. My guess, again, would be because it would generate orders much quicker then they could be filled.
THEY ARE INSANELY BUSY! car line in drivethru is crazy long and inside wait ranges from half hr to 45 minutes
They can't keep up with the drive through orders, even when it's not that busy the wait is unreasonable.
