Best bet is to give them a call. If anything they can tell you which location has them in stock. Currently GameStop.com has the 1tb in stock.
I'm not sure if they have any at the moment but it would be a good idea to call them before making the trip. I picked up a PS4 pro from them approximately two months ago and they had 3 more in stock left after I purchased mine.
