You can call for an appointment, not sure about walk ins.
I don't believe they take walk-ins, but you can make an appointment through their website and call to check if they do. They don't do appointments over the phone either. Amy did say that summer is a little slower sometimes for them and then they pick up towards the holidays, so appointments should be fairly easy to get for now. I don't usually have any trouble getting an apartment. I highly, highly recommend Amy. She is a magician with acrylics and nail art!
