So I am from OR I lost my License and I am in need of an ID so I want a Driver license up here in Ak because I lost my license so do I have to take the test all over again ??

You will need to take the written test and provide the proper credentials for the issuance of your Alaskan license. Getting one will cancel your provious license with OR of course.

You will need written test and all of your original documents if you have not had an Alaskan Id before. If you do not know your driver's license number from your previous state get a driving record too.
