I have called the phone number listed to setup an appointment but all I get is a message that states 'The number you dialed is not a working number'. Trying to navigate your web site is an impossibility unless you are some sort of IT whiz.

Now you can go to DMV without an appointment. I had an appointment and it did not save any time on way or the other.
