Yes talk is before the Watch tower. You can go to either one you wish. We also have the talk and watch tower study at 4:00 in the south hall at Syms rd. As well.
Diane Buehler the meeting you should go.... is at 1:00pm if you speak Spanish but if you speak only English you should be at 10:00am. And the talk is first than the watchtower.

For English living in Ruskin- you would attend the Sun City Congregation Sat at 10 Am on tbe South Side of tbe Kingdom Hall. If you are going on Sunday- you can attend the meeting at 10 Am in the North side of tbe Kingdom hall.
Currently Sunday's@ 1pm are Spanish. The public talk is typically always before the Watchtower.
