was here for one week and food was horrible cold the french fries/old. I even took pics of the food.and my room key was more deactivated so many times in one day I had to go more than 6 times to the front desk so they activated again or a new one.

Thank you kory .. and stokley villafane I had the talked with the supervisors and the hotel manager we all went to the manager office and I showed her everything the video that I took from the time I stayed there. She was very kind and proffesional .they all apologies.and problem solved I had to talk to the manager because the time I was there wasnt even fresh food at all . As you can see from the pics the room was immaculate. Room service was great . But food was nasty . They start putting fresh food and hot food after I talk to the hotel manager and one night left i had in the hotel . . I'm glad you like it stokley villafane. I am really happy for you .

Rooms were beautifully equipped with a stove and microwave. Even a dishwasher.... cook and wash dishes... hot fresh food!
