There is no property, no children, we were married 6/7/18 and I believe by the 30th he was spending his first night in jail on D.V.

I did my owe divorsece, call for free when my ex was in prison. Call thw courthoise and a clerk will tell you the paper work you need. He can be served in jail and cant contest from there.
